Fayette County Commonwealths Attorney Ray Larson told WKYT the citys open homicide cases were being stalled because witnesses -- or people who have critical information about the cases -- are reluctant to come forward to police. Larson said they do not want to be labeled as a snitch. This ‘dont snitch’ culture causes people to say ‘I didnt see anything,’ he said. I have a hope that our community will start to stand up to these thugs and say ‘no more.’ ”
