Feel terrible for my brother who brought his 9-year-old son to the PSU/Rutgers game on Saturday. My brother said dozens of people shouted F- You, Penn State to him as he walked with his son in the parking lot and through the stadium. Even when they stood in line for a pretzel, they were verbally assaulted. My nephew has never heard language like he heard at that game so my brother decided to leave at half time. In the shuttle heading back from the parking lot, some lowlife asked my brother how hed feel if some pedophile did (graphic description I will not repeat) to *his*son. I am proud of my brother, who is a big guy, for not punching this guys teeth in. He was genuinely worried for his sons safety and just wanted to get out of there. Heres the thing about free speech. Its free, but it should be used with respect and discretion. Sporting events, political debates, Facebook posts.
