Feeling a great sense of achievement after an awesome day at Goodna Family Dentist yesterday. Two dentists working,both surgerys running for the first time ,and a packed waiting room! When i started Dental nursing 19 years ago i never would have guessed that i would be managing and building up a brand new dental surgery from scratch. All my hopes and dreams for the practice are becoming a reality thanks to my wonderful team and also my boss for giving me such a great opportunity and believing in me.(also thank you to my Auntie Christine Ware) for my awesome resume :) I have learnt so much whilst been on this journey over the last 2 years.I know that the practice will only go from strength to strength and im so excited at the prospect of getting a 3rd dentist on board to join the team further expanding the business.This just goes to show that we can all achieve any goals we set our self in life you just have to believe in yourself, work hard and never give up,I have gone through a few changes over the past year as most know. My life path just didnt feel right for a while there but im happy to say that im 100% content and on the right path now, everything is falling in to place and feels so right .I have my happy beautiful precious babies ,i have found my soul mate, have a great job, beautiful friends, and am surrounded by love encouragement and support from so many precious people. I have lost a few people whilst on this journey but i know that everything happens for a reason,The key as i have learnt is to let go and forgive holding on to hatred only affects your own life.Always be yourself regardless of what others think,because if your not you cant truly be content .So be happy,surround yourself with positive people, Love lots, forgive,chase your dreams and make them happen, and always be yourself ! As someone recently said to me without the bad there would be no good!:)
