What a difference in two days. Yesterday, I received a letter from my state representative, P Eric Turner and his wife, explaining that a bipartisan investigation of an ethics complaint filed against him concluded he broke no rules and that he had a duty under the Indiana House rules to share his expertise about the nursing home industry with his fellow members of the House. I know there were around 40 new Republican members of the House elected in the 2012 election because new districts stopped dividing towns and townships whenever possible causing many new open districts with no incumbent members and new districts for all members of the House. Today, I received a cardboard printed on both sides by an Indianapolis committee, not signed by any person, saying there was an investigation, but overlooking saying the investigation concluded he broke no rule and followed the rule of sharing his knowledge of the industry with fellow members. The Indianapolis committee also failed to point out the last time Turners opponents party had enough members to do so, they ran and hid in Illinois to prevent the Indiana House from working
