Feeling like I am in a weird movie: In the last week I have turned my left ankle three times all three times going off the porch-the last time was today.This has caused wounds upon wounds in the knee leg region. My ankle is swollen and sore. Two nights ago my cat somehow unscrewed the cap on the avocado oil knocked it over so it silently poured on the kitchen floor overnight. In the morning, I, bleary-eyed came out to make coffee and upon stepping in the oil performed a perfect split. Unfortunately I had not properly stretched for this manuver and so my knee popped and is swollen and sore on the same leg as the offending ankle. I have scars upon scars now and still I hobble onward but really, when will this graceless foray into stumbledon end? I may have to start beating up the right leg just to balance it all out.......Still, I feel lucky......
