Feeling proud of myself for all the work I put in and new material I have created last night, not gonna lie eating better has made a huge difference as well pushing my abilities without fear and hesitation have also proved useful, My knee may still be hurt but i refuse to sit around make excuses and no progress....them days are over.....GREAT THINGS TO COME! 10+years in the game I think I know what it takes....leeeehgo!
