Feeling so fat these days! Anyone else? Now I have a new perspective on fat. I am suspecting my increase of coffee drinking! Odd for someone who NEVER drank coffee before working in Guatemala, LOL! Anyway. WHAT DO YOU DO? Well you DONT Skip meals but you can Increase Protein and Fiber, water intake between meals and have smaller portions. I also get BACK TO INGREDIENT reading... making sure what I have does NOT have Wheat, Soy, Corn, Dairy/Whey!!!! These sneak in every where. Of you see these words in any part of the ingredient list or a different word is used to trick you, STAY AWAY!!! :-)
