#Feldenkrais movement: Sit at the edge of your chair with feet on floor (or stand). Look to your right and left. Notice how it is and what you see. Now pretend your eyes, nose, and breast bone are all one unite and turning from the hips look to your right and left. Do this several times. Do NOT allow your eyes to look further than your breastbone and nose. Pause Keep your eyes and head looking forward and turn your breast bone and shoulders to the right and left as if your breast bone wants to see. Repeat slowly and easily. Keep breathing. Pause Close your eyes but return to the original movement of looking to your right. When you reach the comfortable, maximum range open your eyes and notice what you see. Close your eyes and rotate back through the middle to the left. Again open your eyes to see. Isnt it nice to discover how quickly the quality and the range of turning can improve by differentiation and including others parts of yourself.
