Fellow nigerians, as our nation marks its 53rd year of independence, I wish to see a paradigm change in this entity called Nigeria. I want to see immediate end to all these senseless killings in the North, kidnapping and youth restiveness in the South. I want an end to incessant strike in Education, Health and other sectors. I want my Nation re-claiming its giant of Africa glory with life abundancy for all, gainful jobs for teaming jobless youths while those with jobs receive more than a living wage. I want my country ranking high among the nations with qualitative education programmes implementation, good health care delivery strategy, agricultural development breakthrough for industrilization and rapid infrastructural growth and development. I want my nation orchestrating a genuine fight against corruption with renewed vigour with attendant gains and success. I want Nigeria devising a true zeal to wage war against political thuggery, bickering, electoral violence, impunity and lawlessness. I want to see an end to social injustice, hatred, acrimony, tribal sentiment, nepotism, favouritsm in job placement, religion bigotry and reckless social life. I want my nation threading on the path of love, unity, deveploment and mutual tolerance. These shall come to bear before 55th independence, ameen.
