Ferguson and the Broken American Culture Just how twisted, perverted, messed up and upside-down is our culture? One example... a violent, thieving, police-assaulting thug is the hero, and the cops are the bad guys! Night after night across America crowds ignore the facts and act out their anger on businesses and anyone who doesnt side with their protest. How on earth did we get to this degenerate place? We should not be surprised, we are reaping what we have sown. For decades now we have taught our children and teens that they are not special, unique, valuable, creations of a Loving GOD. We have educated faith out of their lives, telling them they are products of evolution, blind chance, no different and no better than the animals. Then, we have the audacity to feign shock when they act like animals on the street! We took the Bible and prayer and the 10 Commandments out of school, told our kids there are no moral absolutes, no objective truth, no real right and wrong, just live in your own truth. Then we reap a culture that has no respect for authority. It is all sadly predictable. We allow our children to be entertained with violence and debauchery in comics, videos, books, TV and movies and music. Their entire world 24/7 glorifies lawlessness and rebellion and we reap the bitter consequences, one life at a time, and often, in mass tragedies. No parent should ever have to lose their child to a police officers gun. It is heartbreaking on every level for everyone. So teach your children respect and honor of authority. Teach your children the laws of GOD. Get your children back to church. Keep your marriage strong and happy and healthy and together! Dads be DAD and moms be MOM! This whole tragic firestorm has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with race or racism. Zero to do with the color of anyones skin. What it brings to the forefront is the simple truth...
