Few tips on painting metallics and a 3 layer pearls like I have in these pictures... i found that if you want the colour to pop you use a lighter base coat like i have in the first picture... was a mix of grey/silver...you will get a brighter ending result... the next few pictures were laying the actual pearl or colour... i find dusting the colour on evenly was most effective without getting tiger stripes or blotchy parts... then the clear I loaded it on wet with a fast drying hardner. (this was 2pac paint, I do not condone doing this in your backyard like i did.. its highly illegal and you should wear proper masking and have a properly vented area!
