Fiji’s top rugby referee James Bolabiu has achieved another milestone in his career. Bolabiu has signed a contract with the International Rugby Board to officiate in all the tournaments under the women’s world 7s series. Bolabiu is looking forward to the World Series but he still dreams of controlling some games at the 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil. Bolabiu and South Africa’s Rasta Rashivange are the two top referees in the women’s circuit of the abbreviated code this season. #source: Fiji 1
