Finally I get someone from Telstra to come out and give me some straight info I can understand - even if it is bad news. There is no existing cabling or phone line which means trenches and cabling have to be installed by someone I need to contract at my expense before I can get a phone line put in. Can anyone help - worried about the expense - and no according to law the owners do not have to pay - and I just need internet and landline. A mobile internet is not enough - I need the landline. So fed up - HELP!!
