Finally I managed to track down Alstom Comeng 649M-650M which has the new modified interior layout. This set includes removed seats and rearranged seating configurations. The areas around doors are roomier, the metal panels with vertical hand rails have been removed. New handle bars are added around the door ways and above on the ceiling. The floors around the door areas are fresh new and there are wheelchair area markings on the floor near the drivers cabins. What are your opinions on this layout? I find that there are not enough handle bars for shorter people who cannot reach the ceiling ones. I also wished they placed vertical floor to ceiling poles around the door areas.
