Finally, a halfway decent written episode. Although it was quick and hard to follow it did have some simple facts the tie some of the blotched storyline was heading to, complicated but it did do something historical and all of Dallas history. When Alayna made the deal with Bobby which we did not see the amount of money that she got, the land she requested, we did see the apology. And Cliff Barnes pardon from prison in Mexico. Which could at any time could be revoked by the paper. But when Alayna makes her appearance at Suellen store to talk to Pamela, history made a circle the land that she requested was the land that Bobbys grandfather left Cliffs grandfather, was the land that she gave Pamela. According to the writings of the show and its history this is the land that digger felt he was robbed. And started the feud between the Ewings and the Barnes. Digger was the finder of the Fortune that it was jock Ewing that always made the business run. Digger sold the land back to the Aaron Southworth, which wouldve been miss Ellies father, the only land on South fork that was not governed by the Ewings in mineral rights, and the riches oil on its property. In giving this back to Pamela on Monday night for most followers of the show this was historic, this was something we watched 14 years of Cliff fighting JR for. Now if they could just fix that damn South Fork ranch to make it look a little bit more glamorous. Heres a clip from Dallas the early days it opens with Ms Ellie and jock Ewing, a few flashbacks but most importantly the discovery of the land by digger and his acknowledgment knowing that he had made a huge mistake and gives us a few answers not to mention to see JR, Gary and Bobby. Cliff and Pam. All is very young children.https://youtube/watch?v=SAo1AFjdLIo
