Finally back on something that resembles a real diet and training plan, starting today. Currently at my all-time strongest, in spite of training being all over the board. One of two things expected. 1. All the gainz 2. Discover my body responds best to randomness and disorder. Hoping for #1, somewhat expecting #2. At the very least, eating more than 80g of protein per day is bound to help, right?
