So I did some deadlifts, squats, and lunge jumps, & all I can say it OUCH.. I am STILL feeling it, its hard to walk/sit but trust me, Im smiling because I love it. So tonight as much as I wanted to shower & get comfy I said #suckitupbuttercup ... Pushed play on my music & got sweaty.. My favorite part of being a #turbokick instructor is I ALWAYS have my music, everywhere I go.
