Financial/ Management Analyst Job description • Preparation and reporting of the Monthly Management Reports which includes the Profit & Loss and the Rolling Estimate for Atlantic Industries – Cairo CP. This includes the calculation and analysis of all variances and the preparation of official submissions for approval by leadership and Atlanta. • Preparation of the monthly Cairo CP Rolling Estimate P&L and variances for Atlanta submission in line with agreed deadlines. Includes ensuring integrity of all variances, collation of narratives and review with plant Leadership & Africa GM. • Preparation of Month End, RE and BP analyses on absorption by product family breaking variances into mix and volume. • Support Commercialization in the costing and reporting of Value Optimization initiatives (RE, RS & BP). • Use of the Business Warehouse, Bex reporting tool for the Region Standards and Rolling Estimate. • Create and maintain finance records on Company information systems in accordance with data standards and record-keeping guidelines. (Examples: SAP, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, GPS, hard-copy documents.). • Manage personal development needs in anticipation of business requirements. • Coordination of volume & standard cost setting (Region Standards), Business Planning and Rolling Estimates functions of Atlantic Industries – Cairo CP. • Co-ordination of the 3 year Strategic Plan for Atlantic Industries – Cairo CP. Requirement 1- From 5 to 7 years of experience preferably multinational. 2- Computer applications and information-systems skills 3- Manufacturing and supply-chain knowledge Preferential 1- MBA / CMA 2- With SAP experience . 3- FMCG hrhassan.youssef@yahoo Please mention the job title in the subject “Financial Analyst”
