Finding complete protein sources that arent high in carbohydrates for a person that is: Vegetarian, and wont eat tofu Dairy Free (just because they want to be, no intolerance. someone told them humans dont process dairy) Gluten Free (just because they want to be, no intolerance. someone told them GLUTEN is bad) Soy Free (just because someone told them it would effect their estrogen levels) = comical....please, someone enlighten me. I love how public media has made almost EVERY food that we have eaten for thousands of years, BAD for us. Please, continue eating your organic celery sticks and gluten free breadsticks. Also, does anyone else find it EXTREMELY funny that sources of meat and poultry are labeled gluten free? Seriously.... people. These marketing and advertising companies are GENIUSES . This is all relating to body composition management. I am NOT putting down those who cant eat these foods and have actually been diagnosed with a medical condition of any sort by a medical professional Ok, rant OVER.
