Pauline was so nice to answer my e-mails and ask to see pictures. I was gaining water weight and wasnt sure why but the diet changed my eating and I was diagnosed with a gluten allergy. I had been competing in fitness as a professional IFPA figure athlete since 2008 and thought I ate well but this diet showed me differently with eating tons of vegetables and organic products. I not only got leaner but gained strength and energy as well. Since then it led me into another show prep that my coach guided me through and I did extremely well this year. When the competitions were over I knew health wise Fighter Diet could not steer me wrong. I added 100 calories every week, with one re-feed. If you follow the diet the way intended, it will keep you lean while allowing to gain strength and muscle. Over a month since I competed, I still retain stage weight with more food and less cardio.
