Which to date you have continuously ignored and disobeyed. Verbal Orders by the Chairman Emeritus are regarded as Law and should be adhered to by all members of the Order. More importantly with matters concerning the Fraternity and Sorority. In order to propagate self interest and ambition to rule AKp, Roland Ben-Abo terminated his membership from the AKp SUPREME BOARD and continued to disregard procedures on the function of the NGC – SB with regard to policy making. The creation of an organization or office not recognized by the Order shows that he has no desire to be subjected by our recognized laws. Divisiveness and confusion within the Order was promoted by Roland Ben-Abo defying the Chairman Emeritus’ recognition of the AKp International Council and instead brought in and gave certificates to the Foreign Council under the unauthorized AKP Grand Council. The claim by Roland Ben-Abo of being elected during the 4th AKp National Convention was not properly done due to the fact that several candidates were disenfranchised due to the requirement of a “roll number”. This is the reason not one representative from the Visayas Council was in attendance and the positions for the elective offices were uncontested. Only a handful of delegates were in attendance to the convention and only one vote was counted to declare the wining candidates. All these events were caused by Roland Ben-Abo in the guise of promoting prosperity and peace, instead the atmosphere of confusion and divisiveness and disrespect to the senior members and especially towards the Founding Fathers of the Order prevailed. DECISION Roland Ben-Abo you are officially removed from the Office of the National Grand Skeptron for cause. The indefinite suspension of your membership in the ORDER is enforced immediately. You are hereby prevented from participating or joining any activities, programs and events by the ALPHA KAPPA RHO INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN SERVICE FRATERNITY and SORORITY during the period of your suspension.
