Finished LA Son last night, Roy Chois memoir/cookbook. Its a brilliant mashup of who he is and the food he makes and why. Inspiring, hunger-inducing. If you dig Korean/Mexican/Italian/French then this will get you going in the kitchen. Looking forward to trying some of these recipes. Its written like hes sitting across from you at a BBQ joint, downing soju, kimchi and tacos and telling stories.
