Finote Selam former His Imperial Haile Selassie elemtary school and surrounding fellows established development and edir mahiber [lemed]in the year 2000 in the event of 50th anniversary of this old school.Lemed have many objectives to support the school and the area at large. Since its establishment lemed collect 1360 different books and distribute to different schools in that area,bought 12 packets of water melon seeds and distribute to the surrounding farmers,plant 110 indigeneous trees in the compound of the school ,offer different hospital materials and more others. Currently, lemed prepared memorandum of understanding between the city administration and lemed to work on different social and environmental issues. In the draft MOU we had put about 27 outputs and 6 strategies.How ever, to implement some of the out puts in the cominig 5 years many hand shall come together. In the near future we will post some of the activities accomplished by lemed in photo and document.We kindly, request all interested individuals and companies to assist this CBO to realize its objectives to surrounding area.
