Fire Jeremy Clarkson for the N word issue and replace him with a new, strong, suitable, black, female presenter. Hed still make a living off his journalism and it solves several problems: 1, It demonstrates clear action by the BBC. 2, Its been observed several times by various people (most recently in a lecture by Lenny Henry) that there arent enough black presenters on television. 3, It would allow Top Gear to revamp and play on new group dynamics. 4, Theres room to play even further with the old jokes of their awkward school boy discomfort around women. 5, The show would lose the people who watch it to have their bigotry validated. 6, Platform for new talent rather then re-using the same presenters and cranking up their fees. 7, Places a female in a key role rather then side ornament. 8, It expands the audience and can look at cars from another perspective other then as being a symbolic crotch extension. 9, It will probably annoy the Daily Mail, and the BNP and some members of UKIP.
