Fire all their sorry asses in one coordinated move... Now before anyone here calls me a cold hearted SOB, back in the day (ummm 1995) when I graduated high school, fast food jobs were ENTRY LEVEL, as in you ENTER the job force by getting experience flipping burgers. This was not the job where you expected to make a lot of money, this is where you did a lot of crap work so you could get experience and move on. These people who want to get paid $15.00 an hour, what have you added to your skill set that would make you worth the extra money? Now im not saying that the fast food industry cant afford it, but it is this mentality of getting something extra for doing exactly what youve been doing for the past 5 years. Heres a novel concept, you want to get paid extra money, go get an education, move on up the corporate ladder or better yet, go apply at other companies that may pay you higher wages but will require you to put forth more effort than what youve been bringing to the table.
