Fireplace = FAIL.... Bought some nice red oak from a guy on gtown today... Thought that stuff would burn pretty easy... Turns out it wont burn no matter how big a bed of hot coals I put it on... My guess is its still really wet and hasnt been seasoned.. So tell me then... How do those cowboys in the movies get a fire going out in the woods, during a rain storm with nothing but soaking wet wood???
