First Monday in November! What are your goals for the month? Lets here them. Mine .... continue to progress along with the weights. Very happy with my progress so far. Grip in my left hand is different than is used to be. And as mentioned in last nights post, the curl bar is now out for rear shoulder presses. Can do with dbs or straight bar. Continue to work on my food. I am generally happy with it BUT always know it can be better. The most important goal ~~ just keep plugging along. NO EXCUSES NOVEMBER! My goal is to continue to changs not maintain!
