I had to reprocess all the apple butter that did not have ball lids on them. Grrr cheap shit from CHINA. had to remove all lids as they buldged and bent when in water bath. put BALL lids on reprocessed for 5 min and they were sealing as pulling them from the canner to sit on the counter. GOOD OLD AMERICAN CLASSICS LIKE "BALL" CANNING PRODUCTS!!! gonna go to Valley Orchards have some Apple fritters and pickup up more apples.
