First off, I want to give a big thanks to Mr Roark, for accepting me into this wonderful site & group! This is a sample of some of my boxed Tyco I have, although I also collect Athearn & Kato, Tyco holds a special place in my heart, from when I was a youngster, along with Redline Hotwheels and many other toys from that time period (late 60s early 70s), Yes, Tyco was not high end or detailed by today standards, But it was Tyco, that introduced many model railroaders to the hobby, even before me, both young and old! Yes there are many high end brands, that blow them away in quality & detail, but one things for sure, Tyco blows them ALL away when it comes to good ol Classic Nostalgia, even their packaging, is way nicer than most brands today, anyway thats my opinion and im sticking to it lol, Thank you and please enjoy... :-)
