Fit Tip: Sunday night food prep for the start of a new week. An assortment of veggies, soy burgers and complex carbs. By having food readily available you can make better choices when hunger hits. Try this sweet potato recipe courtesy of Marc Lobliner. You can customize it to your preference. Steps: Cut sweet potato into slices. Lay down foil on a baking tray. Spray foil with cooking spray. Lay down potatoes. Spray potatoes with cooking spray. Season with cinnamon, sugar free maple syrup and truvia. Cover with foil.
