#Fitness Friday: Burn Baby Burn-grab your stability ball and get in an ab workout. Do 15 of each exercise, 3 rounds: *crunch on ball-opposite elbow to knee (15 on each side) *ab roll outs-keep your back long, abs engaged and hip flexors open--hands in prayer position on the ball--roll out and back. *ab tucks -start with hands on floor, ball at shins. Engage abs --roll knees towards chest and roll back out.
