Fitness class Saturday Its weekend!!! Excited??? Whats up fitness family?? Are you guys going out??? All the best! Parents watch out what you give your children, it can sometimes be difficult to tell that your child is overweight. A child may not look particularly heavy to be overweight. And, because more children are becoming heavier at a younger age, weve become used to seeing bigger children. Theres a lot you can now do to help your child reach a healthy weight. If you want your children to lose weight then: 1) Be a good role model by cooking healthy meals 2. Encourage them to do physical activity a day for 45 mins 3. Give them child-size portions. 4. Give them healthy drinks and snacks 5. Less screen time and more sleep! Thats what I did with mine and they are healthy, Its only Lilly who did her staff but finally got on truck hahaha!!! Your child needs your help. Eating out??? When I go out to eat in a restaurant this is what I do, I start my meal with a salad packed with veggies, to help control hunger and feel satisfied sooner. I ask for salad dressing (less calories) to be served on the side. Then use only as much as I want. Chose main dishes that include vegetables, such as stir fries, with protein i.e. salmon or chicken etc. Dont forget to register for the fitness and healthy conferences in here in UK on Sat 4th Oct.
