Fitness tip of the day:- All of our hormones play integral roles in our body! How they interact and how we can manipulate them is crucial to the progress we make in the gym AND in our lives in general! Having high cortisol for long periods of time will cause fat gain but having the right amount in the morning whilst keeping insulin at bay actually burns fat! So much emphasis is aced on training harder and harder and doing more and more and then eating less and less and this throws out hormones out of balance! Particularly cortisol which in these conditions stays chronically elevated! So reducing stress, getting good sleep, cutting back on training and eating MORE can actually bring this Into balance and restart the fat burning process
