#FitnessFriday: Get fit on your driveway! Grab a piece of chalk and draw yourself an agility ladder if you dont have one. Start with High Knees two feet in each square. Then, Single-Leg Hops (do both legs!). Next up, Lateral Scissor Jumps. End with Walking Push-Ups. Do 30 seconds of each drill, and do the circuit 3 times.
