Five years ago İ joined CBF as we were thinking of moving to Çaliş. In the beginning it was fine & İ got some useful info from some CBF members. We were proposing to buy a villa from Scunners Estate Agency but he said he was moving back to the UK & recommended his Turkish friend/ business associate, Cenk at İnterturk Estates. We bought a villa in Çaliş from Cenk & moved here in Sept. 2009. Cenk advertises that they will make sure that everything runs smoothly when you buy a property from his company, İnterturk Estates but that was not our experience. We had received assurances that it was not a problem to bring our two dogs to the villa we were buying & that it was a happy sitesi with a great manager. Shortly after moving here we had issues with the sitesi manager & he informed us thst it was against the sitesi rules to have dogs there. When İ asked for Cenks help he basically told me to Fu*k off! İ wrote an article on CBF asking how he could justify a post he had put there saying that they may charge 3% for house buying, a lot more than in the UK, but they helped everone settle into their property & made sure all was smooth with the sitesi manager. That was when things changed with my responses from CBF! Anything İ posted after that was met with ridicule & criticism from some of CBF admin. Cenk told me that İ was the problem but İ took the sitesi manager to court & he was found to be running the site illegally. İ left CBF but my partner, Ann is still a member. Scunner is so far up himself that he posted on CBF that İ was addicted to his site & was posting under my partners name! Scunner, aka Keith Campbell is an egotistical moron who is ok until you disagree with him or any of his cronies. You would think from reading CBF that they control Çaliş but when you move here you discover that most people who live here either dont know what it is or dont have any time for it.
