Flash is a super 5 yo that came in with an open fracture on his back leg. Unfortunately, it could not be saved so he lost it. This doesnt slow him down one bit. His foster mom says this about him, He is a Mr. Personality, completely house broken, does not chase cats, unless they are invading his sleeping spot, than he will ensure to show them who is boss. He loves children, especially if they play tug of war with him and his favorite squeaky toy. He loves to eat, so we have to ensure we watch the quantities he gets or he will turn into a little ball. He has some parts of the Shepard breed in him. He is definitely a herding dog. He currently lives with 4 other dogs, all much bigger than him and he keeps them in check. If we call one and they do not answer, Flash goes and gets them. He knows where everyone is at any point in time and that includes the 2 legged people in the house. When you ask him if he wants to go outside or go pee, he will answer you with short barks. He will talk to you and if you have pants on, he will gently pull you towards the door. He turns in little circles showing his happiness of your understanding. He loves the couch and your bed, but waits patiently until we lift him. We bought him 2 sets of stairs, which he occasionally uses. If he can get you to lift him up however, he will take that any day. Flash is completely loyal and loving, he does not move far from you.
