Flourless Low Carb Bagels; Ingredients; 1 cup flax seed meal 3/4 cup almond meal 2 tbs coconut flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt 2 eggs 2 tbs olive oil 3 tbs of water 1 tbs of honey Directions; Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl Combine the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Take a small amount a dough -whatever size bagel you would like. simply poke a hole in the middle of the dough with your finger and form them into a bagel. you can flatten the top with any flat item Sprinkle your topping on prior to baking Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes.
