Focaccia is a flat oven-baked Italian bread product similar in style and texture to pizza doughs. It may be topped with herbs or other ingredients.. Coz its summer I will team it with a chilled crisp salad with some tangy flavours bursting with every bite, a cold soup wud also taste yum. Keeping the healthy elements in mind I used Toffu for stuffing with a lil bit of low fat cheese to enhance the flavour n extra Virgin Olive oil. I love my Focaccia bread stuffed as its a meal by it self :)
