Focus on making gains in multiple areas of your guitar playing at the same time. 1. Make a list of all the different areas you want to improve 2. Now rate them all all by importance (highest to lowest) 3. Decide how much time you will dedicate to your practise each day 4. Now plan for the whole week, weight the most important items heavier than the less important ones 5. Make sure that your plan contains some of every area GO, DO!
