Folks, I laced up my nextie rims to a set of Sarma hubs on Sunday. On Sunday night (half cut) I did this...my fault entirely - using the wrong tool I snapped the shaft where you replace the end caps (love that all conversion parts included and everything is machined beautifully.) I emailed them on Sunday night asking if there was anything I could do to avoid rebuilding the wheels (thanks again Nick Mansell) Well not only did they respond almost immediately but by express post today Arrived a brand new shaft - no questions asked.
