Folks, there is a wonderful amount of fundraising going on by 4 chaps at the moment. They are all training for the Marathon Des Sables & doing phenomenally. Their goal is to raise £50,000 to support the specialist unit at St Georges Hospital which saved Nick Fletchers life. The good news: you dont have to sponsor them to go running (although you should.) You just have to pay £20 for a ticket to a carol service which the 4 of them have organised in The Holy Trinity Church, Clapham Common at 7.30pm on Thursday 19th December. There will be a choir and the service will last about an hour. A pub (The Windmill) has been hired for us all to retire to afterwards and further get into the Christmas spirit!
