I cannot express the amount of shit and how much it throws your body off, throws it off for a week sometimes longer.. By the time the week is up you go back around and pick that drink up! Constant cycle, break it... 2) Train legs! Simply training legs can increase your gains by 10 fold. Why, because they are your major muscles! The more major muscles are activated the more the hormone growth is released, so train the major muscles and the minor muscles will follow... 3) Eat healthy! When I say healthy I dont mean 1min steamed veges in the microwave. Spend more time prepping your meals daily! Get your fruit in, eat your carbs. Your body is like a car, right fuel and right oil it will run well. Treat it right and itll treat you right... Simple, simple steps for a healthier you.
