Following is an excerpt from one of our staffs 15Five weekly report. The entire team went through a crazy summer with lots of changes right into the holidays, extended vacations, Einav being born, etc. Everyones been working extremely hard, covering for one another, and in the zone and Ive been doing my absolute best to support every single individual and foster a team environment . Through the grind its hard to see and feel the pulse of whats going on at large... which makes this that much more meaningful ====> Im feeling really great right now! The environment in the office is one of productivity but also of family. I think there were changes for a while over the last bunch of months, and its really really nice to get back into the groove of feeling like a Kahena family. If I wake up tired and grumpy, I know that being in the office will cheer me up, thats pretty rare and amazing.
