Following the recent Election Petitions after March 4th, determined by both the High court and the court of appeal, theres need for better legislation of electoral laws in Kenya. This is because paradigms adopted in the cases are UNFRIENDLY thus undermining administration and dispensation of electoral justice. Its jurisprudential aspects posses a scope which is huge, varied and complex- complicating its practical application in the final judgements. Heavy cost especially when you loose the petition, Time factor in the case, legal difference, procedural matters, inconsequential rulings/judgements among others are factors in the electoral laws underscore the actual meaning of democracy. pals, I now throw the ball to Parliamentarians and trained legal practitioners who have goodwill in the Kenyas political stability, democracy,democratization, constitutionalism and Election jurisprudential development
