Food Assembly changes the way we consume local food. In France, since 2011, it connects local farmers directly to groups of consumers - the Assemblies - and create a weekly offline pop-up market where the food is distributed. This gives farmers the possibility of autonomy in their trade and consumers the possibility of eating food from their area. Food Assembly not only makes local food trade more efficient, but makes it possible to have transparency and a personal connection between producers and consumers. The first Food Assembly in Germany takes place in Agora!
