Dozer and hand crews are working to contain the 300- to 400-acre slopover that crossed Kyle Canyon Road on Tuesday. Managers are confident these lines will hold. Firefighters have been assessing the structural damage in the Prospect Ranch area and will have more details soon. Fire activity did increase in the southeast section of the fire in the Red Rock Conservation Area, expanding southeast onto Bureau of Land Management property.
