For Sale: 2008 AQHA registered mare. Blue Coup Ambrose 08 aka Donna is a 6 year old mare that is technically registered as a blue roan however she is more grey in color. Donna stands 16 hands tall, weighs close to 1100 pounds and wears a number 1 shoe all the way around. She is good to shoe, handle on the good and is good to catch. Donna has been used extensively on the ranch. She has been branded off of, calved off of, doctored calves, roped and loaded bulls, moved cows and been used to help start colts off of. She side passes to open and close gates. I started her this spring on the barrel pattern, she is currently trotting it. She has also been used at junior rodeos to shag bulls. She has carried a flag in a grand entry once and has been in a parade. She is a good all- around horse, we recently started riding her in the two-rein. She has the size, speed and breeding to be a great rodeo horse or ranch horse. She excels at roping, while she has never been out of a box I don’t think it would take long to teach her to come out of one.
