It may be ahead of it;s time it may work in the star trek universe in fiction.If you can predict where a virtual particle will appear in the 4D universe after jumping to 10 D and back again. Then you have a laplace deterministic theory of everything. Say this doesnt work if we could make it work we would have the Jeffreys Clock and Dice theory of everything.................
