For all i care, Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto were mere MPs during the 07/08 PEV that they are alleged to have masterminded. Justice Phillip Waki told us that the envelope he handed over to Dr. Koffi Annan, contained 10 names of people who bore the greatest responsibility, in executing the horrendous mayhem. One wonders why the OTP zeroed in on only two individuals only - Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto. Joshua Arap Sang is just some collateral damage. To negate any opinion of a political witchhunt, and now that the OTP has released a trove of evidence, evidently and deliberately cooked up and scripted by the evil society, the ICC should go ahead and release the evidence implicating the other seven in the violence. Otherwise, why prosecute the person of Uhuru Kenyatta only, in the court of public opinion? Why Uhuru? Why not the other seven? And while we are at it, so as to have a final closure on this PEV thing, Maina Kiai, the KNHR chair during the PEV, owes us one. He needs to explain to the public, why he expunged the name of one Raila Odinga in the list of the original KNHR report of people who bore the greatest responsibility in excuting the 07/08 PEV. . .
