For anybody who thinks that that working out consistently and eating clean to stay fit, strong and healthy is easy, think again. People are ALWAYS asking me for What shake should I drink to lose weight?, or What supplements will help me get in shape?. That answer is -- NONE OF THOSE. You HAVE to start with a basic foundation of working out regularly (at least 45 minutes, 4 times a week), and eating clean (at least 5-6 days a week).
